Perhaps nothing would surprise an uplifted animal more than to learn how little direct impact most humans have on the world. Sure, we consume a lot, but relatively few of us are involved in processes like agriculture and urban development. Fewer still can explain complex inventions in detail, as covered in a nice Dara O'Briain stand-up bit.
