Kody's referring not so much to Hamlet as to a scene in Tom Stoppard's play Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, in which the title characters attempt to converse with only interrogative sentences. They never spell out all the rules, but we see that one side gets a point when the other (a) makes a statement, (b) asks a rhetorical question, (c) repeats a question, (d) asks a question that doesn't follow from the previous, or (e) waits too long. I wouldn't mind playing the game myself, but it's hard to find a willing opponent.
