The items in the first panel are ordinary, if dated, timepieces. Most of the rest are time machines: the TARDIS from Doctor Who (not the phone booth from Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure), the DeLorean from Back to the Future, the hot tub from Hot Tub Time Machine, and the unnamed time machine from Austin Powers. And then there's a melting clock from Dali's The Persistence of Memory.
